Feedback from Clients
Client from Manufacturing and Energy
What made the consultants at en world better than other recruitment companies is how carefully they listened and really understood from the beginning when we told them what we were looking for. And then they actually brought us someone who was a fit. The recommendations the candidate came with were extremely helpful as a reference. The fact that the candidate seemed to truly live up to the recommendations when we interviewed them was another point that helped us trust them. The way the consultants stayed in close contact even after they had arranged the whole hiring process and set up the informal offer made it easy to count on them.
CFO at a Robotics R&D Venture
The consultants at en world are great at finding us engineers in manufacturing, and have already brought us five, the most of any of the agencies we work with.
We have ended up hiring all five of these high-performing engineers. I think en world is the best out of all the agencies we use.
To be honest, the consultants are so good that I hesitated to introduce them to anyone, but I ended up introducing our consultants at en world to investors with the expectation that it would contribute to their other portfolio companies and lead to more support our investors to us.
