How can I delete my account and personal information?

2. Click on "Delete Account" in the account page.
3. Enter the required information and submit your request.

Do you offer resume editing services?

We do not offer resume writing nor editing services, though we can provide advice on creating a resume tailored to the specific company and position you are applying for, in order to support your recommendation to the company.

How can I unsubscribe from job alerts?

You can delete your job alerts on the job alert page after logging in. However, if you want to receive job alerts again after deleting, you will need to reconfigure your delivery preferences. Therefore, we recommend using the job alert delivery settings (enable/disable delivery).

What are the process after registeration?

We will do our best to find a suitable match for you. If we are able to find a suitable match, our consultant will contact you within 5 business days. The consultant will then provide you with further details.

I haven't received a confirmation email after registering or applying for a job. What should I do?

Our specialized teams in various industries and job categories will review your submitted information. If there are any suitable positions available, a dedicated consultant will contact you directly within 3 business days. Please note that we may not be able to introduce you to a position depending on the status of the position.

What are the benefits of registering?

After registering, you will have access to the following account services on "My Page" in the upper right corner of the site:

  • Update your registration information and resume
  • Set up job alert delivery
  • Browse recommended jobs
  • Save jobs you are interested in
  • Check your application history

Note: You can also register without a resume.

We will review your registration and contact you if we find any jobs that match your experience and skills.

I haven't received a confirmation email after registering or applying for a job. What should I do?

You will receive an email once you have registered or applied for a job. If you did not receive an email, please check the following.

  • It may have been sorted into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder.
  • There is a possibility that you have not received an email due to domain designation. Please set the domain name "@enworld.com" to be received.
