What was the trigger for your job change?

I've been getting good performance reviews where I am now so I would like to continue working here. I have been working constantly toward getting more IT experience on the ground and improving my English further.

What was the trigger for your job change?

Meeting with a Consultant (Registration)
"If we find an open role that both meets your conditions and fits your skills and experience, we will conduct an interview with you either online or in person. To prevent any mismatch between candidates and firms, we will not introduce candidates for positions without meeting them first.
During the interview, we will explain the contracting system for "Contract Professionals" in addition to asking you about your career, desired position and detailed, hands-on experience. These interviews generally take around an hour.
