Wall Street Associates K.K. is pleased to announce our recent acquisition by en-japan inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary on August 27th, 2010.
Through the acquisition, en-japan inc. hopes to grow domestically in Japan, as well as to expand operations into the Asia Pacific region.
Since 1995, en-japan inc. has provided firms in Japan with services related to corporate hiring, training and evaluation through the use of internet-based recruiting and job seeking information services. en-japan inc. supports not only hiring but also programs to help individuals actively participate and develop careers in their new company.
en-japan inc. has been listed on the Nippon New Market “Hercules” exchange since 2001.
Wall Street Associates will continue to offer all our Contract, Contingency and Retained Recruitment Services under our existing management team. As a result of this acquisition, our customers will benefit from access to a more diversified service offering through the complementary services of en-japan inc.
Going forward, we will be able to fulfill your talent needs with greater local market penetration as well as overseas positions.
