Responsibilities:
- Full HR Generalist role
- 60% Strategic and 40% Operational
- Able to work in a team and also independently
- Managing International Talent reviews
- Global Mobility Management
- Drive HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 – 10 year(s) of working experience in HR related field is required for this position.
- Strong in Organizational Development would be advantageous
- Possess the Soft Skills as well as having the hard skills to get things done
- Working experience in the Oil & Energy industry would be an advantage
- Has worked in a MNC environment and understands the complexity of a matrix Organization
- Excellent Communications Skills, both written and verbally

Salary: $9,000 – $11,000/ month (based on skills and experiences)

C&B Manager (APAC)

Responsibilities:
- To drive with the HR the C&B network in the design of Cluster C&B standards, especially in the ASEAN Pacific Cluster and directly with Cluster HR in projects.
- To execute all C&B topics in the country and across the region
