Responsibilities:
- To manage all functions of Finance & Accounting and ensure duties/ responsibilities are carried out effectively
- To arrange yearly external audit and review report
- To devise financial control policies that ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial records
- To coordinate company functions for statutory registration, registration and compliance
- To liaise with lawyer for business contract review
- To manage corporate finance to ensure adequate funds for supporting business growth and routine cash requirements
- To ensure tax filings are made in accordance with local tax law
- To supervise budget/ strategic plan/ customers’ budget preparation
- To manage F&A team and improve work efficiency within the team
- To conduct cost and benefits analysis for investment
- To consolidate regional financial and management reports and assist in business review/ planning
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accountancy
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Finance & Accounting field is required for this position
- Experience in managing a team is essential
- Strong knowledge of local finance and statutory requirements
- Familiar with SUN Accounting system and Hyperion
- Knowledge and experience in business software project implementation
Salary: $7,000 – $8,500/ month

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice & counsel to management on a wide range of matters, including contractual arrangements, distributor relationships, compliance with laws and regulations, employee relations, corporate ethics and governance issues related to the company’s operations in Japan and Asia Pacific
- Provide commercial-minded advice to Management as a trusted business partner
Requirements:
- Certified Lawyer (any country)
- Minimum 8 years of experience as in-house Legal Manager/Director or Legal Counsel in APAC OR
- 8+ yrs experience in an international law firm in APAC
- Japanese : Business Level (reading/writing) is a MUST
- English : Business Level (reading/writing) is a MUST
Preferred Experience:
- APAC experience with multinational company advising Senior Management
- Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical industry experience is a bonus but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales in the market segment in Singapore in accordance with the company’s growth targets through sales and marketing strategy development and implementation
- Developing and managing existing and new key accounts to ensure year on year growth by account
- Provide product training to customers and internal colleagues
- Support regional office staff through strategy development, sales and product training
- Responsibility for project tenders for major government and private sector projects (including pricing and project management)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Sales in the industry servicing the water treatment market segment. Regional exposure to ASEAN water treatment market will be an added advantage.
