職務内容
-Manage and lead legal team handling legal matters for the company's significant case in Japan
-Analyze complex legal and business situations and provide solution or recommendation to the management team which meets the business needs and legal requirements
-Become a trusted and respected advisor for the management team
-Become a mentor and role model for the members of the legal team and build strong legal team
-Key Interactions with Management team, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and R&D functions and Japan General Counsel
応募条件
-Native level Japanese and fluent English
-Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction (either Japan or US)
-3 to 5 years of law firm or in-house counsel experience
- Hands-on experience on Japanese/English contract drafting and negotiation, and handling litigation and other types of legal proceedings
-Managerial experience at law firm or legal department at the company
