Our client is a European Service Company with over 400 employees in Japan. They are looking for a strong #2 in the finance team to work directly with the CFO
職務内容
*Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and timeliness of group & management information and statutory & tax accounts
*Responsible for analyzing financial indicators to support the management in their decision making process
*Responsible for achieving the Finance and Controlling objectives according to the agreed goals and approved budgets in line with the company's financial and overall strategies
*Keeping the local Finance and Controlling function aligned with Group policies and strategies
*Responsible for building the organizational capability of the Finance and Controlling function
応募条件
-10 years experience with Financial and Managerial Accounting at a foreign capital company in Japan
-5 years experience with people management
-Deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP package
