職務内容
- Work across functions and directly with middle and senior management
- Developing gap analysis between current situation and desired future
- Help with strategy creation
- Work with functional heads to create project milestones
- Track individual project progress and report status
- Cost management ideas
応募条件
- Univ Degree in business or finance; MBA is a bonus
- Business level English
- Experience with a large accounting or consulting firm OR Manufacturing background.
- Good project management experience & PM software skills
- Results oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
- Good understanding of overall business, SCM, Finance, Marketing, etc...
- Future leader
活かせる経験
- 3+ years PMO experience
(in manufacturing, consumer goods OR B2C is a bonus)
- Japanese/Global company experience preferred
