職務内容
* Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Japan Retail Finance organization. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end financial support for the companys Softlines (Shoes, Watches, Apparel) and Consumables (Health/Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Beauty) businesses
*The Senior Finance Manager will prepare detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and document key internal controls
*Additional responsibilities include delivering cost and process improvements, providing timely explanations to forecast vs. actual variances, and communicating effectively with management and peers regarding business issues
* Reporting Line:Reporting directly to the Country Finance Director in Japan
応募条件
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience as a finance leader in an organization with world class processes.
* Advanced analytical skills, including business modeling, what-if scenarios etc.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
* A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
* Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
* Ability to present and defend ideas in front of senior and executive leadership.
* A proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate small teams
