Group Support for Info Sec Team
職務内容
Supporting the IT Information Security team including:
- Scheduling and managing meetings for team members (internal/external)
- Inquiries to vendors about housing/living arrangements
- Interpretations of meetings
- Translation of internal/external documents
- Escalate issues to appropriate team members/managers as they arise
- Inbound and outbound calls (approx. 60% inbound reception; 40% outbound)
活かせる経験
- Understanding of basic Accounts Payable and Expense Charts
- Translation or interpretation for internal and/or client meetings
- Experience working in an international environment or overseas work experience
- Scheduling and Managing a database in Lotus Notes
