職務内容
-Monthly/annual accounting(monthly/annual closing based on US GAAP and Japan GAAP)
- Treasury and Tax management
- Planning on Treasury ,Tax accounting finance etc.
-Internal control activities such as Sox
-Management of projects related to overall accounting ; support for other departments or overall business in terms of finance/accounting
-Supervision of 2-3 staff members

-Knowledge of international accounting and tax
-English capability(Fluent)
-Strong communication skills, Leadership skills, -Problem solving, Initiative
-Knowledge of Financial control and Risk management
-Capability and motivation to become management of finance/accounting (such as controller) in the future

-Experience in finance/accounting field in large companies (incl. Japanese companies) or consulting firms (work experience in Japan)
-Experience of Cross functional project management
-Multinational experience(1.Multinational company experience, 2. Working abroad if Japanese company)
-Experience of account settlement (accounting, corporate tax, consumption tax) & project management
