Responsibilities
*Responsible to make capability presentations to each Investment Division Account
*Identify Account needs to determine the Account's Valuation Cycle for existing portfolios, identify new acquisition activity that may require Valuation and Due Diligence services and maintain and update the Account in the Investor Profile database
*Identify Investment Properties, including those for sale, and update the database
*Identify new potential Accounts
*Follow up - get Assignments
Requirements
*Real Estate Brokerage License in Japan (Takken Menkyo) OR Appraisal License in Japan OR Appraisal License issued outside of Japan OR Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
Preferred Experience
*Financial investment analytical skills
*Familiarity with Kanto, Kansai and secondary cities in Japan
*It is desirable to have valuation, transactional or asset management experience with the following property types: Logistics, Retail, Hotel, Senior Living
