Company Description
- Support the Head of Marketing
- Design and implement the business marketing communications strategy.
- This includes planning, advertising, promotion, public relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research.
Responsibilities
1.To provide research to support marketing and sales operations, incorporating self-generated research, overseeing research work by agencies, compiling and analysing data to produce reports. The emphasis is on identification of customer requirements around the 5 Ps-Sales and Marketing Analysis
2. To analyze and reporting of sales, territory, product, competitor and market trends
3. To support the development of long-term marketing plans and strategies, Involvement within the Department, as and when required, on all elements of the marketing mix-assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
4. Supporting the Head of Marketing discharge responsibilities, including ad hoc requests to deputise in meetings.
5. Main contact point for the advertising agency, PR agency and other core partners.
6. Marketing budget control
7. Any other general duties, within the capability of the post holder, as agreed with the Head of Marketing
Requirements
1. Robust marketing background, at least 5 years experience. Exposure to large communications budget (USD 10m-), exposure to ad agency.
2. Experience managing others. Takes an active interest in developing other people careers. Leads by example.
Preferred Experience
1. Liaise and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues;
2. Develop non traditional advertising opportunities
3. write and distribute press releases in cooperation with the PR agency
4. Manage the production of marketing materials, including TVCM, NP, outdoor, online, DTCC,
