Responsibilities
* Develop Whole & Retail sales
* Clinch accounts from office developing projects to home/apartment furnishing projects
by supporting sales team to exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, proposals and closes.
* Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
* Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales team members to build motivation and selling skills
* Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Lead sales events with PR and Marketing team
* Control logistics and inventory with Logistics team
- Budget control
Requirements
- Extensive Sales experience in the relevant industry
- More than 10 years' management in the sales management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Business level English, Native Level Japanese
