Responsibilities
-Support the implementation, integration, maintenance and daily operation of SAP FI/CO modules
-Gather requests and issues from business users, deliver effective solutions and resolve issues to meet key business objectives
-Lead various small and large scale projects
-Involve in setting strategic direction, drive process improvement and change management
-Facilitate knowledge development, mentor and motivate junior staff
-Ensure high quality internal and external customer service
-Manage vendors and coordinate IT partners to resolve issues related to ERP production, integration system, daily operation and data analytics.
-Work closely with office and other business functions at all levels
Requirements
-Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or business administration preferred
-5 or more than years of functional SAP experience and knowledge of multiple SAP Modules, specifically FI/CO
-Experience of SAP implementation and business process improvement
-Business analysis and process re-engineering experience
-Great communication and team working skills
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Fluency in Japanese and English
Preferred Experience
-Experience in global organization
-SAP Certification
