Responsibilities
* Plan and recommend sales activities.
* Prepare and update sales strategies.
* Responsible for leading the sales events/activities/special projects
* Participate in setting sales goal for Distributors.
* Train the Distributors/Area Leaders/Managers
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and promotions.
* Monitor market trends.
* Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
*５年以上の営業経験
*ビジネスレベルでの英語力
Preferred Experience
消費財業界での営業経験のある方歓迎
海外での留学、勤務経験者歓迎
Desired Traits
英語、日本語ともにコミュニケーション能力が高く、マネジメントスキルに長けた方
