Responsibilities
- Make analysis, design, implementation, testing and release of web applications
- Hands-on application development and develop new applications from scratch
- Lead a small team and mentor junior members
- Communication with overseas offices
- Liaise with business side to understand requirements
Requirements
- Web application development experience on Java/J2EE environment
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience
- Object-oriented analysis and design skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player to work with people across different countries and regions
- Advanced English and Fluent Japanese (excellent oral and written communication skills)
Preferred Experience
- Financial knowledge
- Experience with UNIX (Sun Solaris and Linux)
- Potential to lead a small team
- Java application server administration
- WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat
