Senior Communications Manager role

Responsibilities

Enhance the reputation and brand of the company in the eyes of internal and external stakeholders, while minimizing external risks to the company, by:
• leading development and implementation of cost-effective and focused corporate and internal communications strategies;
• coordinating CSR planning and execution; and
• leading crisis management planning and communications preparedness

Requirements

• 3 or more years working in public relations/communications-related positions of responsibility
• Experience working in Internal Communications
• Experience working for multinational company, hopefully in manufacturing and ideally in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Experience

• Deep knowledge of Japanese media environment
• Excellent public relations strategy planning and execution skills
• Excellent people skills
• Conceptual and creative thinking skills, attention to detail and precise work output
• High level written and oral English communications skills

Desired Traits

• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
