Responsibilities
*Partner with local and global management to drive a business expansion project from the HR perspective
*Work with hiring managers to create and execute a new talent acquisition strategy
*Manage the talent life-cycle including onboarding, evaluations, training, performance management, and exit interviews
*Revise and renew working regulations in accordance with local labor law
*Handle employee relations issues
*Act as a change leader as the company expands in size and scope
Requirements
*Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
*Thorough knowledge of Japanese labor law
*HR manager, business partner, or generalist experience (at least 3-5 years)
*Strong competency for talent management and HR management systems
Preferred Experience
*3-5 years of HR in financial services or other fast-paced industry
*Project management experience
*Specialist experience in recruitment and/or planning
