Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Marketing issues in China, Korea and Japan
- Manage, train and grow the marketing team within the Asia Pacific area.
- Develop marketing strategies and materials to gain stronger exposure in the Asian market
- Analyze businesses market trends in Asia Pacific region, identify market trends, opportunities and drivers in the industry
- Input these conditions into marketing strategy and business development plans
- Oversea marketing budget, time lines, campaign schedules for the Asia Pacific Region
Requirements
- B2B Marketing experience (MUST)
- Business Level English, Native Japanese
- Familiar with current marketing techniques and able to offer wide area of options in marketing strategies.
- Exp managing staff in remote (overseas) locations.
Preferred Experience
- 8 to 10 yrs exp in Technical Marketing in Asia
- MBA or similar degree is a plus

- Self starter
- Ability to give advice and lead discussions on developing the business
