Responsibilities
Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or MBA
- 5 years HR experience (preferably in manufacturing).
- Knowledge in Labor Law, HR Policy, Benefits(especially in retirement allowance)
- Knowledge and experience in payroll and social insurance admin.
- Japanese: native level.
- English: fluent (TOEIC 860 and above)
Preferred Experience
- Business experiences of using English
- HR Experience in Foreign-Affiliated company
- Certified Social Insurance Labor Consultant
