Company Description
A global financial client is seeking a very experienced project manager or senior business analyst to work on a contract basis for front to back to report all changes and developments to the business.
Responsibilities
--Work and report daily to service delivery managers
--Work with senior front office and post trade execution teams to analyze deliver of all IT initiatives.
--Troubleshooting of major projects.
--Development of training and best practice initiatives.
Requirements
Fluent to native level Japanese is a must
--Solid understanding of working with the business from a tech perspective.
--Knowledge of SDLC
--Excellent communication skills.
--Knowledge and experience working in a securities firm.
--Solid skills in Microsoft reporting tools such as Excel and project.
--Ability to analyze reports and provide solutions to both tech and business.
Preferred Experience
--Strong negotiation ability
--Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Japanese
