Responsibilities
*Assist Sales Director to achieve business opportunities
* Maintain clear records of activity including calls, CRM, call reports, Service requests and monthly activity reports
* Develop good relationships with existing clients by responding their inquiries on timely manner
* facilitate high-level strategy presentations to key decision makers
Requirements
* Native level Japanese with business level English
* Previous work experience in client service functions in financial industry or software vendor
* Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
* Good financial product knowledge especially derivatives

* Ability to work through people without formal reporting lines at all levels of the internal organization and the client environment
