Responsibilities
*Inventory accounting and AR
*Controlling daily inventory transactions with the Business units
*Preparing for the yearly consumption tax reporting
*Taking leadership with the inventory project as the counterpart of Finance
*Implementing the SOX project as a project manager
*Assisting with annual planning & monthly monitoring of targets
*Assessment & testing of the effectiveness of the overall controls
Requirements
*Strong skills to manage daily tasks using Excel
*Financial Accounting and consolidated accounting knowledge
*Strong Project management skill
*Accountability and communication skills to make progress on the job
*1+ year of work experience in SOX project
Preferred Experience
*Communication skills in English
*Inventory management and/or accounting
*Fundamental knowledge on finance
*Fundamental knowledge on legal and taxation
*Work experience in big four accounting firm
*Work experience in IT division or IT vendors
