Responsibilities
*Lead, manage and develop closing in compliance with GAAP and company policy
*Revenue Recognition (VSOE Preparations, SAB104/SOP 97-2)
*Payroll accounting and ensure balance and process control with HR
*Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation
*Finance control point compliance
*Tax management
*Finance and accounting process efficiency and improvement
Requirements
*5+ years Accounting/Finance experience in a Multinational company
*Business level English (TOEIC 800 or more)
*In-depth knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS) and JGAAP
*Ability to work under the tight closing schedule
Preferred Experience
*CPA or Accounting qualification
*Knowledge of ERP advantage
