Responsibilities
1. As a number 2 level person, with a view to becoming CIO, will be in charge of defining mid-term and annual IT strategy and plan in according with the company mission. The Deputy CIO will assist in managing the IT budget and planning the company IT spending.
-Assist in defining mid-term and long-term plan of IT Department
-Assist in achieving budget goals based on mid-term plans of the department
-Assist in achieving yearly budget goals based on department yearly plan
2. In accordance with the mid-term plan of the Department, implement, maintain and improve business supporting system and SAP system to meet the Global IT standard
-Support applications to meet the company global IT standard
-Implement, maintain and improve IT business supporting system to meet the company standards
-Implement, maintain and improve SAP systems to meet company global standards
-Implement business system process improvement initiatives and systems and offer recommendations for improvements
-Gather user requirements of IT business systems
-Develop IT business systems
-Offer solutions and recommendations to improve IT business systems
Requirements
-University graduate
-3 or more years of experience in Internal IT
-Technical skills in human resources development system, corporate finance system
-English communication skill (TOEIC score 800 or higher)
-IT knowledge (Infrastructure & Application)
Preferred Experience
-3 or more years of experience in IT area in medical industry
-Understanding of medical industry (Ex, JD-Net, 2nd digestion, System validation, Information security)
Desired Traits
-ITIL foundation
-Overseas experience (project deployment or overseas study)
