Wall Street Associates are currently looking for an IT Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technology infrastructure including server, network and help desk
- Maintain a high level of up-time for all systems and services
- Perform strategic planning and implementation
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget
- Drive the development of our in-house CRM and Web Systems
- Manage Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures
- Be a person who can both lead and be "hands on"
Requirements
- Fluent English and business-level Japanese
- 5-10 years general IT or IS experience
- Proficient in Windows Server, AD and Windows Desktop
- 3+ years experience in a management or supervisory position
- Knowledge of Asset Management and Project Management
- A confident team-player with a strategic mindset
- A service-oriented personality and strong customer service ethic
- Willingness to perform user support when needed
Preferred Experience
- Proficient in TCP/IP network configuration and maintenance
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Profit Center management experience a plus

- Willing to get hands dirty and be hands on
