Responsibilities
-SAP Support, user training and problem solving
-Involvement in SAP projects
-Manage SAP changes and upgrades, technical design specifications
-Coordinate between users and SAP team
-Onsite desktop support for users and user training
-Support in hardware and software applications
-Network, LAN, security and server administration
-Procurement of PC hardware and its peripherals
-Local configuration and preparation for events
-Collaborate with Service desks and regional IT functions
Requirements
-University degree
-More than 3 years of experience in the related field
-Great communications skills
-Experience supporting end-users
-Hands on experience of PC and network experience
-More than 3 years of SAP support experience
Preferred Experience
-SAP MM/SD/PP module experience

-Understanding of logistics system
-Capable of learning and developing skills in a short time
