Company Description
Global FMCG company with strong presence in Japan, Europe and North America. My client is a dynamic firm that specializes in bringing attractive, high quality products to their customers. Currently my client is strengthening their operations in Japan and need talented, open minded individuals to help bring their company up to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Develop demand planning process for products with one year life cycles
- Optimize sales forecast, demand planning and supply planning
- Develop data analytical reporting on Point of Sales, Point of Purchase, planning results, accuracy, KPI DATA
- Lead planning team
- Manage order fulfillment, lead-time, delivery, and customer service level
- Develop planning process with related group to include; sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance
- Optimize sales forecast, demand and supply planning, balance and minimize risk.
- Communicate customers with sales account,; verify demand, inventory planning and improve turnover ( ROA, ROI )
- Develop planning tools , process to be standardized for the company
- Develop S&OP process an feed back process regarding results.
- Lead planning group and manage resource requirements
- Communicate global head quarter and APAC function group in North America
- Manage order fulfillment's, lead time, delivery, inventory management
Requirements
- ERP exp (Ex. SAP, ORACLE)
- KPI and / or performance analysis exp
Preferred Experience
- 5 Years experience in the Consumer Goods or related industry
- Experience in managing order fulfillment, lead time, delivery, service level process management
Desired Traits
- Good command to communicate in Japanese and English
