Company Description

Responsibilities
*Provide accurate and timely financial statements that comply with applicable laws and GAAP for the company, its business lines and respective regional territories.
*Preparing U.S. GAAP reporting and assisting with SEC reporting
*Providing internal and external financial reporting and regulatory support for local GAAP
*Statutory and regulatory returns that reconcile to U.S. GAAP
*Implementing consistent accounting policies and procedures (at an operational level) across all reporting units
*Ensure a timely and accurate financial statement quarterly close and thorough understanding and high-quality financial analysis of results on the balance sheet and income statement
*Manage a close working relationship with the external auditors
Requirements
*At least senior/manager level experience at Big 4 accounting firm
*Working experience at a multinational, well regarded finance and accounting organization
*CPA required
Preferred Experience
*Work experience in the insurance sector or financial services firm preferred
