Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibility will be introducing professional job seekers to Clients looking for new staff. In order to do so you must build and develop a trusted relationship with your Candidates and Clients.
- Majority of the Clients you will be working with will be the Japanese branches of Fortune 500 companies
- The Consultant will be responsible for approaching and dealing with a wide range of professionals within those companies, including but not limited to company presidents, directors, and department heads
- On the Candidate side, you want to develop a long lasting relationship with them and understand both their short term and long term goals
*SALARY:
Base + Commission (4 times a year)
For example, 2nd year consultant earns up to 15 million yen annually.
Requirements
*At least 1 year previous sales or recruiting experience
*Record of high achievement in your current career
*Fluent Level in either Japanese or English
*Interest in IT or high-tech Industry
Preferred Experience
*Recruitment Experience preferred but not necessary
*IT related Industry Experience preferred but not necessary
