Responsibilities
- legal services and supports to Japan subsidiary
- contract matters including negotiation
- risk management
- resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and international arbitration
- coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law or above
- Good knowledge of all commercial laws
- legal knowledge and abilities to handle complicated legal affairs
- legal work experience in a multinational company or leading law firm (+5 years)
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Advanced English skills
