Responsibilities
* Support introduction of new Supply Chain system functionalities
* Gather business requirements, create technical specifications and conduct UAT testing
* Conduct user training of Supply Chain systems
* Trouble shooting of Supply Chain systems
Identify system issues, report bugs to the development team, coordinate issues to support teams overseas
Involve in company projects and initiatives including new stores and services
Requirements
* Experience in implementation/development of business application systems, customer support and end-user training
* Excellent communication skills both in English and Japanese
* Basic technical knowledge on information systems
* Knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes
* Japanese : Advanced Level
* English : Business Level
Preferred Experience
* Computer Science or Engineering degree

* Capable of learning and developing skills in a short time
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills
