Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibility will be introducing professional job seekers to Clients looking for new staff. In order to do so you must build and develop a trusted relationship with your Candidates and Clients.
*SALARY:
Base + Commission (4 times a year)
Requirements
*At least 1 year previous sales or recruiting experience
*Record of high achievement in your current career
*Fluent Level in Japanese and business level English
Preferred Experience
*Recruitment Experience (welcome but not required)
*Industry knowledge (IT, Life Science, Manufacturing, etc.) or position type knowledge (Finance & Accounting, HR, Engineering, SCM, Marketing, etc.) (welcome but not required)
