Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical research and development business strategies covering all Japan.
- Oversee clinical projects and trials
- Control and work closely with customers and vendors in order to insure smooth, steady progression on all projects.
- Manage and train new staff in GCP and related areas
Requirements
- Experience with clinical research, trials and bringing product to market is preferred.
- Understanding and recent experience with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) in Japan.
- Exp working on minimum of 3 clinical research projects in Japan.
- Business level English, Native Japanese
- Solid management skills and ability
Preferred Experience
- 10 years experience as Director of clinical research at a major Pharmaceutical company.
- Recent 5 yrs exp in clinical research a must
