Responsibilities
* Responsible for organizational development/personal development, including manpower planning、succession planning、performance evaluation、job rotation, KSA evaluation, or other duties related to organizational/personal development
* Design/Develop and implement the personnel system. Mainly introducing personnel systems from Global HR to Japan entity.(Especially, introducing Performance Management system and its entrenchment)
* Recruitment process, especially carrier recruitment(Draft job spec, conducting job interview as well as its arrangement and follow-up activity after job offer)
Requirements
* 7+years of HR experiences in manufacturing./ or related company
* Minimum 4years of working history/company (Up to 4times of job change)
* Japanese (Native Level) English (Advanced)
