My client is a global health care and pharmaceutical company based in Japan. They are looking for talented individuals to skill up their team in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Manage Engineering Team, 5-7 staff
- Take care of maintenance, project work, and infrastructure management and /or maintenance
- Possible management of Operators / Production team depending on skills and experience.
Requirements
- Engineering and / or Plant maintenance knowledge
- Preventative maintenance experience
- People management ability
- Able to read and write in English, Native Japanese level
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, including budget related issues
- Manufacturing experience is ideal but not necessary
Desired Traits
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to lead discussions on engineering and related topics with senior level managers
