Excellent opportunity to be the first to build up QC division, raising the professional bar and overall efficiency of the company.
Company Description
Global pharmaceutical company looking to implement new and innovative QC standards in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Manage entire quality control division at manufacturing site.
- Responsible for creating and implementing new QC process to improve manufacturing efficiency and bring Japan operations to the global leader in the company.
- Work closely with Asian production sites, APAC QC Director to develop new QC strategies in the APAC region.
- Introduce and fully establish DDS and LEAN processes in QC
- Manage and coordinate effective and efficient evaluation of the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products. ,
- Provide leadership of the QC activities through teaching of best practices.
- Ensure the appropriate education of raw materials suppliers, packaging material suppliers, contract manufacturers to assure and improve product quality.
- Secure and develop staff focusing on mid and long-term perspectives,
- Develop and control QC test facilities and develop SOPs and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing control is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a must
