Responsibilities
* Manage Profit and Loss (P/L) for Japan Professional Services and Managed Services divisions
* Directly manage 30 staff members (mentoring, training, hiring, etc)
* Drive sales activities and identify new areas of business
* Deliver services to customers on time and on budget
* Maintain high quality of service to ensure renewals and new business
* Develop strong relationships with key technology vendors and partners
Requirements
* Experience managing an IT Professional Services division
* Strong understanding of both Revenue and Expense management
* Familiarity with Networking Technology (e.g. Cisco, Nortel) is essential
* Operational staff management
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in an IT System Integrations company will be considered an asset
