Q1. What kind of service does a recruitment agency provide?
A. Hiring effective professional and managerial staff is a crucial success factor for any company. Yet not all companies have the necessary time, resources and expertise to find the right people on their own. A recruitment agency can provide the specialist knowledge and skills to help you match the right candidate to your requirements. To get the best results from a recruiting consultant, you should look for someone with a deep understanding of the local business culture, expert knowledge of your industry, an excellent roster of available candidates and a willingness to work closely with you to understand your company’s objectives and hiring needs. en world’s consultants are dedicated to achieving the hiring results you need.
Q2. What kind of candidates do you introduce to the client company?
A. en world supports searches in the fields of Accounting and Finance, Digital and Online, Engineering, HR & GA, IT, Legal, Sales and Marketing, and Supply Chain Management, across a range of industries including Banking and Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Retail, Fashion and Luxury, Medical and Life Sciences, Real Estate and Insurance, Semicon and Mobile Technology, and B2B, for middle management to executive class positions. To find the best possible talent for our clients, we focus on the quality of the match – never the quantity of introductions. Resume spam is a waste of everyone’s time. We always start with a face-to-face meeting where we assess not only candidates’ skills and background, but also their personalities, attitudes and career goals. Then we work with them step by step through the process of introduction, interviewing and hiring. We also stay in touch with candidates after a position is accepted, so that we can ease their transition into the new workplace. Even the way we attract candidates is highly personalized. Almost half of the bilingual Japanese professionals in our growing database arrive through personal recommendations and introductions, so they tend to be both highly qualified and highly motivated. Our approach takes more effort, but our clients appreciate the superior results.
Q3. What kind of client companies do you serve?
A. From our Japan locations (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Nagoya, Kansai), as well as offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, en world’s clients span all industries and are mainly foreign-capital and Japanese companies with international and progressively-minded management across all industries. We maintain long-term relationships with many of our clients, who have come to trust our expertise and our ability to deliver results.
Q4. What kind of background and experience do your consultants have?
Q5. Tell me about your vision
A. Since 1999, en world has introduced experienced professionals to our client companies through the team work of our function and industry focused consultants, supported by our wide network of contacts. We aim to be the most trusted and innovative staffing and recruitment partner in Japan and Asia Pacific. In order to enhance matching and provide greater solutions for our clients, we have established a Project and Contract Specialists Division and a subsidiary, Wing Consulting K.K. , focusing on Japanese companies in addition to en world‘s Permanent Placement Division.
Q6. What kinds of recruitment services do you offer?
A. en world offers clients the option of three types of service for introductions.
- Contingency Search Service
- Retained Search Service
- Project & Contract Service
For contingency searches, you pay only after we successfully place a candidate. en world will introduce candidates, continue to fine-tune the search criteria, and manage the negotiation process, until you select a new employee and a contract is signed.
Retained search services are ideal if you have special needs and require an especially thorough search supported by personalized attention.
For those times when you require qualified staff to fill a position on a project, interim or temporary basis, en world’s Project & Contract Specialists Division provides three types of contract placements: direct contracts, contract/temp staffing, and temp-to-perm. Our pool of high-level professionals are all immediately available. Their specialist skills in the areas of Accounting, Financial Services, Human Resources and Information Technologies mean that they can hit the ground running.
Q7. What happens if a candidate resigns after joining the client company?
A. We strive to create a win-win situation for both the client and the candidate. However, in some cases, for a variety of reasons the match is not successful. If a candidate leaves within an agreed guarantee period of his or her own accord, we will do our best to replace that candidate with a new candidate at no additional cost. If this is not possible we will offer a variable refund of the recruiting fee.
