I was at a recruitment fair in Yokohama when I came across the name of en world. and there were numerous businesses’ vying for attention. What stood out about en world was the quiet professionalism of their representatives. After talking together for a minute or so, I knew that this was the firm for me. I was sold. Given they were in the business of selling, it was a winning first impression.I had enjoyed my first two years in Japan, but after getting to grips with the culture and unique ways things are done here, I was ready to explore my full working potential. I needed a working environment where the direct rewards of my hard work would benefit both the company and myself. I was young, driven and had energy to burn. Throughout the interview process it became apparent to me that en world would provide an environment where I could challenge my potential and reap the resulting rewards.As my professional working life has progressed I have always felt that a cornerstone to business success is customer service. At en world this is at the heart of everything we do, both for external customers and internal ones.

I came to en world in a rather unusual way. I was looking for a greater challenge as I had hit a glass ceiling in my previous firm. My best friend in Japan is a client of en world and had used our services to recruit people for his team in the past.
