Contingency Searches
Our Contingency Search is a results-focused service, with fees paid only after a candidate is successfully placed. We introduce carefully selected candidates, manage the negotiation process and continue to fine-tune the search criteria until you select a new employee and a contract is signed.
Retained Searches
When companies have special needs that require an especially thorough search supported by personalized attention, we recommend our Retained Search services. You may find this is most effective at times when the hiring need is extremely urgent, such as the untimely exit of a key executive. Or it might be a situation in which the required expertise for the open position is especially demanding or unusual, or when candidates are in short supply. We assign a dedicated en world consultant to each Retained Search project to serve as a direct liaison, representing a team dedicated to your needs.
Aftercare services
Following the placement of a candidate, en world consultants will maintain regular contact with both you and the candidate throughout the probationary period to ensure a smooth transition and to provide advice and assistance should any dispute arise. Our focus is to develop long-term business relationships with all of our customers.
