With facilities in the U.S., China, England, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore, it offers a global service and support base for the sale, design and manufacture of flexible interconnect solutions. The Company provides an integrated flexible printed circuit and assembly solution from design and application engineering and prototyping through high-volume fabrication, component assembly and testing.
The Corporate Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for providing periodic, quarterly and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
This role requires strong accounting and analytical skills including proficiency in financial reporting, consolidations and analysis. Individual should be detailed oriented and have the appropriate level of healthy skepticism to ensure integrity of financial information. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and supports both internal and SEC external reporting and therefore the impact to the organization is significant.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and execution of internal and external financial reporting. This includes assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial statements (including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Statement of Stockholders’ Equity), 10-Q and 10-K footnotes, and other reporting requirements.
- Work directly with the external auditors during their audit and review of periodic external filings, including financial reporting to the SEC on form 10-Q and Form 10-K and any other ad-hoc reporting forms that may be required.
- Responsible for daily stock plan management and reporting, as well as providing stock compensation expense information for internal and external financial reporting purposes.
- Work collaboratively with other accounting and finance personnel on special projects as required.
- Play an active role in the monthly financial reviews, including discussions surrounding the balance sheet accounts and other accounts as necessary.
- Provide schedules and support for internal monthly financial statements and reporting package.
- Assist with the development and continued maintenance of accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Assist the Corporate Controller in the research, analysis and implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Singapore equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA candidate (or Singapore equivalent)
- Minimum of five (5) years total financial reporting experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or in a financial reporting capacity with an SEC registrant
- Extensive understanding of accounting theory and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Good command of English
Preferred Experience: Prior SEC Reporting and/ or Consolidations experience is highly desired
