Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and execution of internal and external financial reporting. This includes assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial statements (including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows and Statement of Stockholders’ Equity), 10-Q and 10-K footnotes, and other reporting requirements.
  • Work directly with the external auditors during their audit and review of periodic external filings, including financial reporting to the SEC on form 10-Q and Form 10-K and any other ad-hoc reporting forms that may be required.
  • Responsible for daily stock plan management and reporting, as well as providing stock compensation expense information for internal and external financial reporting purposes.
