<li>To be part of the HR serving networked (Shared services)</li>
<li>To provide High quality HR Services around the common HR Solutions in APAC (15 countries)</li>
<li>To perform HR administrative task using SAP and various HR Tools and Templates</li>
<li>To maintain the personal master data, performance management and organizational data</li>
<li>To contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes and quality of the shared services centre</li>
</ul>

<p align="justify"><strong><span>Requirements: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 3 &#8211; 5 year(s) of working experience in HR or HR Service Organization, preferably in an MNC environment is required for this position.</li>
<li>Knowledge in SAP HR is a must</li>
<li>Ability to speak in Japanese is preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Why is this position open:</strong> Newly created role</p>
<p><strong>Reporting Line:</strong> Functionally to the HR Operations Manager of the Shared Services Center (based in Europe)</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $5,000 &#8211; $6,000/ month</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To manage the customer service team handling all reception and customer service duties.</li>
<li>To hire , train and be accountable for the high standards of service required by the company and our customers</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 years working in Customer Services in a hi-tech or related company that services the Asian markets</li>
<li>Should have confidence in dealing in English with the US and reporting to both Chinese and American executives</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Phone conferences and meeting will regularly be held in each language with the priority being on English.</li>
<li>Customer service oriented, polite, flexible with good negotiation skills</li>
<li>Detailed minded and very organized; willing to learn and can work under pressure</li>
<li>Able to work independently and as a team</li>
<li>Good MS office and Internet knowledge</li>
<li>Mature, self-motivated, enjoy working in an exciting working environment with high target expectation</li>
<li>Immediate available is preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>
<p>Should have understanding of the customer service expectation for Asia companies, especially ones located in Japan and have experience developing and leading a team to achieve results</p>
