en world Japan K.K.  is a licensed recruitment agency (Recruitment License: 13-yu-010605) with a job category coverage registered as “all positions.”

Regarding commission/service charges

Commission/service charges shall be charged as per the reported Commission Chart below.

Fee for taking a job order from client 0 yen
Introducing candidates to the client after receiving the client’s job order and candidate registration. Upon successfully placing a candidate in the job, the client is charged a set fee within 100% of the candidate’s compensation for one year.
The actual rate is agreed with each individual client.
Payment handling fees shall be paid by the client.
Providing professional consultation and advice to the client to assist the client’s search for appropriate candidates. Upon successfully placing a candidate in the job, the client is charged a set fee within 100% of the candidate’s compensation for one year.

Payment handling fees shall be paid by the client.
For conducting retained searches for job orders requiring specialized and/or specific candidate criteria. Upon signing the retainer agreement: Up to 20,000,000 yen.
For each day spent working on the retainer: Up to 1,000,000 yen.
Upon successfully placing a candidate in the job, the client is charged a set fee within 100% of the candidate’s compensation for one year.

Payment handling fees shall be paid by the client.
Providing professional consultation and advice to the candidate to assist the candidate’s search for appropriate jobs.(e.g. out placement) Upon successfully placing a candidate in the job, the employer(s) is charged a set fee within 100% of the candidate’s compensation for one year.
The actual rate is agreed with each individual employer(s).
Payment handling fees shall be paid by the employer(s).

All fees above do not include sales tax.

Regarding complaints

Complaints should be directed to the consultant with whom you are working with. The Sales Director is ultimately responsible for ensuring that complaints are dealt with quickly and appropriately, along with cooperation with other employment agencies and recruitment agencies. Matters concerning the handling of personal information

All en world employees are able to handle private information when necessary. Each personal information handler will handle the request for release of personal information, including certification of professional skills and employment histories promptly upon receiving an inquiry from the person in question. If there is any discrepancy in contents, it will be corrected in timely manner.
